RUDE RUDE RUDE

I have been a loyal sprint customer for years I went into the sprint store on route 46 in little falls New Jersey and ALYSSA. The sprint rep was incredibly rude and nasty!!! I wanted to upgrade and pay my bill but ended up not doing anything except getting ANGRY! I am seriously considering switching services due to Alyssa's behavior and horrible customer service! I spoke with her manager Darren who did nothing at all about her rudeness will most likely switch to T mobile I'm sure they value their customers a little more. Poor customer service results in loosing customers I let my family who are also sprint customers know about this so that they can switch also!
