  • Sprint Exemplary Customer Service

I recently went into my local Sprint store to modify one of my services to find the Sprint staff being yelled at by a rather irate customer. I was patient and waited for my turn to speak to the Sprint employees, and listened as a 50-something woman continued her tirade that was increasingly becoming both unreasonable and incredibly petty. She was really upset that she couldn't understand why adding a phone line to her plan would cost her more than she thought it should. The employees were incredibly patient and repeated the same information in a variety of different ways -- showing... More...

  • Sprint Bullies

Now I wabt to say Sprint are bullies there should be a class action lawsuit against them. Last year my fiance put me on his plan for sprint they let us finance two S5 gave us free home phone and a tablet plus framily plan. Framily plan was explained was that each time someone uses ur framily code u get five dollars off ur bill well we got 12 people value sixty bucks. When we spoke to customer service they explained that it only took five dollars off that members bill. Ok fine. But our bill was always fluctuating never the same until my fiance went to the cooperate store they gave him a free... More...

I am writing this letter to inform you of the bad experience I recently encountered while shopping / making a purchase at a Next Star Communications Inc. (947284) located at 4246 Peachtree Road NE Brookhaven, Ga 30319. Only 6, I shopped at the Brookhaven location the shopping experience was horrible. As VP of Operations and Corporate Investigations for large retail chain I expect nothing but the best customer service while making a purchase in any establishment. • This provider has HORRIBLE Customer Support

As a 15 year Sprint Customer I realize what a horrible company they are and will NEVER RECOMMEND OR GO BACK TO SPRINT AGAIN. Situtation: Customer Service is horrible!!! They waste your time giving run around on matters they have no intention of resolving in a reasonable manner. Took several days, e.g. follow up phone calls to cust service, and waited on phone for extraordinary length of time just to learn, at supervisor level, they have no intention to do anything about my complaint. My matter involved inquiry about $50 "early" termination fee that they tacked on to my final... More...

  • sprint phone return

I returned a phone on 3/31/15 to a local sprint store, to which they told me they couldn't give me cash back and that they would have to send a check in the mail and that it would take up to two weeks. I waited and received no check so I called customer service to find ut where it was and they didn't know what happened to it but said they would cancel the first check and send a new one and it would take again another two weeks. Again I waited and still received nothing. I called again and they made up some excuses and told me again it will be coming in the mail within two weeks,... More...

  • Sprint lied to me and wants me to still be a customer.

I have had Sprint for several years, the service went from bad to worse. I complained multiple times about the slow speed of service and the huge amount of surcharges every month. Nothing improved sadly over the course of time, so I decided to switch service providers. Sprint told me multiple times that I would be able to make some kind of payments or installments over the final bill with the early termination fees included. I get a letter in the mail and a phone call from sprint telling me that I have less than 30 days to pay them over $1000.00 or they will send me to collections,... More...

  • I want to leave sprint after a month.

Initially when I signed up with sprint, I was assured there were no activation fees and my bill would ONLY be the the planned amount plus tax. Great! Until I went to pay my first bill and there was nearly an extra $90 added on. I went to the sprint store I signed up at and was basically told "it is what it is". Even after I explained to him that the rep I spoke with specifically told me NO surprise fees. Then I was told I'd have all of these additional fees NEXT month as well since I added a tablet(free) to my plan. Which I was told would cost $7.50/month which is half off.... More...

  • No more! Stop dropping calls in Kihei HI

I have been with Sprint FOREVER! We live on Maui, Hawaii and recently we have been getting more and more multiple dropped calls. I even have AirRave in my house and we keep getting dropped calls. Unless Sprint gets more LTE towers in the area and dramatically increase the signal strength in Kihei Hawaii we are done with Sprint. No more empty lies or promises. More...

I was a customer of sprint for about 10 years I had nothing fancy just a couple of flip phones basic service. Well in 2013 I started having trouble with new phones I had just gotten with bad reception, dropped calls, and calls not going through at all. Well I called several times on this problem and every time sprint told me they working on a tower some where and it would be a day or two to fix the problem. Finally got hold of a lady supervisor and she told me the reason I had bad service was they were doing away with the Nextel towers in the area and that if I wanted cancel service I could... More...

  • Sprint Terrible Coverage

I switched from AT&T to Sprint because I lost my phone and was not due for an upgrade. When comparing plans, I determined that I would save almost $10/month by moving to Sprint. If I'd known the huge difference I would see in coverage, I would gladly have paid the additional $10 with AT&T. I live in an urban area and I find my phone with one bar of 3G signal the majority of the time. That is not sufficient for making calls, sending texts and certainly not for using data. My phone will go from having 4 bars of LTE to zero bars when I haven't moved or done anything with my... More...

I'm a sprint customer I recently changed from at&t because I thought I was over paying with them and I saw that sprint could cut your bill in half and they told me that I would only be paying around 190.00 at the most with taxes and everything included as the first month went by the bill was still high and for this months bill was 227.00 and I called and told them what was going on with my bill since they were supposed to cut my bill in half and they told me that everything seemed correct on the bill and I said are you kidding me this is not cutting my bill in half its only making... I upgraded in February to the Nexus 6 and since day 1 have not received most of my calls. I contacted store locations and customer service on a weekly basis sometimes few times a week. After countless trouble shooting from Sprint and resets(losing everything in the phone numerous times because the Nexus 6 does not have a SD card) and contacting Motorola after Sprint said it's not Sprint's issue then Motorola sending me back to Sprint. • Sprint customer service

Sprint Customer Service is the absolute worst! The phone reps do try to help, but their knowledge of policies is VERY inconsistent. The people that work in the Sprint stores ( Sales ) are rude, and totally unprofessional. The staff at 9616 Reistertown Rd Ste 210 Owings Mills, MD 21117 (410) 356-5880 is horrible. • Sprint inflating data usage to charge overage fees

I recently obtained internet service with Sprint through their MiFi Hotspot device. It required a two year commitment. The service and speed were great, however, within four days, I had used up the monthly allotment of 3GBs. Previously I had used a Boost Mobile Hotspot via my cell phone and rarely used up the 2.5GBs allotted each month. And that included all the work I do on line as well as texts and photo uploads. I have contacted Sprint and asked them to show me exactly how my data is supposedly disappearing. All they can say is that I must be spending too much time on Facebook or... More...

  • Worst customer service ever!

I had an iPhone and my granddaughter had a Galaxy. We were trading phones and I wanted to switch contacts, etc from one phone to the other. I went into the Sprint Store at 681 Nw Division St, Gresham, OR 97030. There were 3 people working there, none of which were helping customers. One of the workers was on the phone because apparently the shipment of phones he ordered didn't come in. • sprint mobile plans from long-term customer

More than once I have contacted sprint to complain about the mobile service. Time after time I have been transferred, spoke with supervisors, called back, and always been left with no real fix or compensation for the problem. The answer I received for the most recent issues is "all options have been exhausted, sorry". • False Advertising - Horrible Pricing

Sprint is misleading customers with this most recent pricing war with other carriers. I had my fiancee added to my plan because I saw online that we could add her for $40 additional per month. I called BEFORE we added her to make sure what I was reading was correct. They assured me Yes as long as we got her on the plan before Dec 31, 2014. Her addition would have brought our combined bill from $80 to $120. I got our first bill it was $170. I assumed it was a mistake or something off with prorating and that it would normalize the next month. No luck next bill $176. I call to get an... More...

  • Sprint Coverage Deceiving

Switched from US Cellular to Sprint since my son was going to college in NY. I specifically asked Sprint rep if the coverage wasn't up to par what we could do and was told we could end. Well sure enough the coverage was terrible. I even contacted Sprint and provided a solution (the college had already worked with ATT and Verizon for campus wide coverage). Needless to say Sprint did nothing so we put up with dropped calls, my son having to go outside to try to find coverage to talk. We then switched to ATT because of poor service two months before the expiration of our contract (so... More...

I had to break my contract with Sprint, and at the first moment, they offered me to do not pay the early termination fee, and give them back my cell phone. I accepted the offer. It was the beginning of my problems. First, they asked me to return the cell phone to the same store where I bought. At the store, they did not accepted the phone. I called costumer service and they said I had to pay the fee. After talk, they said I should not pay, they would send me a box to return my cell phone. We've been with Sprint for quite some while, and they just keep telling us lies. We constantly call back about fixing problems.. for example. Our cellular devices NEVER have signal and they just keep skyrocketing the price to an unbelievable amount. We only payed the original amount stated once until the price skyrocketed. • Beware: Sprint Doesn't Prorate Fees or Disclose Prorating Policy

Timing of signing up for Sprint service is critical. For example, Sprint will charge a full month's fee for protection plan even if you sign up in the middle or at the end of a billing cycle. Their reps don't inform you of their no prorating policy, and Sprint will not adjust these fees despite their failure to inform. Sprint has now established to me that it doesn't make full disclosure, so I will ride out my contract and depart from Sprint. Nor will I add any other devices. So for refusal to adjust an $11 fee, Sprint loses additional business and customer loyalty. I... More...

Upgraded a mobile phone - selecting the 2 year lease. Rep at the store (200 Main Street, Stoneham, MA) incorrectly input as a 1 year lease - costing an additional $10/month. Multiple calls to the store to correct the issue resulted in my being told to return the phone, be without a phone for several days (not possible as the phone is used for work) and then repurchase a phone (more activation fees?). I keep getting a bill from Sprint that I thought was for long distance service on my landline. They couldn't find my account. I spent over an hour on the phone with them, finally talk to someone in a/r they couldn't figure it out. They said they would need to see the bill. I offered to scan and email it to them. Even though Sprint may have the best price plans other than Cricket or Boost Mobile, their employees and customer service is HORRIBLE. I have visited the same Sprint store ever since I became a customer. It never fails that I have to deal with rude attitudes and rolling of the eyes from the women employees at this location. worst service ever!!! do NOT subscribe with sprint, they may advertise many type of deals to save you money but their service sucks so bad...there are many signal issues with sprint, the towers keep going down and they will take their own sweet time to resolve the problem, I do not know if any other telecom company who works like this, i'm in Ellenville,NY and I have no signals for the past week, this is ridiculous. FYI this is the 4th time i'm experiencing the same problem for the past 2 years..... pathetic service.... shame on you!!!!

SPRINT is the Worst company in EEUU. Internet is so slow. Don't sign up with this company is not worth it. You will pay a lot money for a company that has same service as metro pcs which just cost $40 monthly and SPRINT almost $100.

I foolishly bought a smartphone thru sprint telesales. The woman that sold me the device kept me on the phone at last 45 min. I lost track of time. Not only was the phone ineligible for a rebate but the device had been on the market almost two years. Several tekkies have told me its near the end of its life cycle.
Sprint has a call center for customer support in my city and almost always they disconnect the phone without answering it.
Two service centers I've been too where I live treated me horribly. The first time I took my phone in for service I could not remember the intended password for screen unlock. They unlocked the phone "jail broke" it voiding the warranty of course. This store avoided my attempts to contact them about this action.
Several times Sprint was going to let me out of the contract no termination fee. I foolishly kept giving them another chance.
Their customer service is sadly lacking. Technical support is a joke.
Now I'm stuck with a obsolete phone, a hefty termination fee and sorry customer service. Where do they get their service reps? Just sad. I left at&t for Sprint because of a horrible experience with them. Now I think that was a mistake because even At&t offered some technical support and a majority of their reps were not lying rude idiots.
Consider this; recently Sprint sold 15% of their company to a Japanese company. A country almost completely destroyed and radiated by that terrible tidal wave. Shows Sprint is in trouble.
I will now go thru the process of filing complaints with every agency I can. People listen: the CEO's of these companies hate it when they get these complaints. It gets them where they live. So file complaints with the FCC, your states attorney general's office. Your public utilities commission. The FTC tour local BBB.
As a consumer I shouldn't have to pay for abuse, an obsolete phone and inadequate or flat out rude customer service. Consumer beware of this company!

Sprint is horrible and false representation..I HAD a Samsung Nexus S. That is until I took it to a "Sprint repair store". I had charging issue with my nexus S so I took it to repair store in SPRINGFIELD, OHIO. I had recently bought a new JAN cord for my phone and soon after I started having a charging issue, so I took the phone in and all I needed to know was if the problem was with the phone or with the cord. The cord had a warrantee which is why I needed to know which the problem. All they had to do was try a different cord on my phone, boom, problem solved. But no, instead they decided to disassemble my phone and when put it back together, it doesn't work at all!!!!. This phone worked perfectly when I took it in, except for the charging issue which wasn't really a problem, just to hold cord a certain way. I was told "sorry, its not our problem"...WHAT???!!!!! ..After a very heated debate in the store I went home and immediately contacted Sprint. After discussing what had happened, the service rep discussed it with her supervisor and informed me that they would replace my phone for $35. Ok, I'm good with that. She directed me to a sales store, I go to thousand store and am informed that they don't handle this type of issues and directed me back to the same "repair" store where this all started!!!. I go back to that store and tell them what I was told would be done and, again, am told we do not handle that here. I am now directed to go to this "corporate" store 25 miles away!. I go there and guess what?.. told the same Damn thing. I insist they get Sprint office on the phone and I talk to another "supercrook". He tells me that the service rep I spoke to ad well as the the supervisor she spoke with are both being repremanded for telling me what they did and that I should never have been offered that because they refuse to do anything for me. Period. I go back home and call Sprint again and tell the rep I want her top supervisor to talk to and again am told they won't help me, saying that even tho that repair store says Sprint..carries Sprint logo.employees wearing shirts saying SPRINT..they are not a part of sprint WTF????. I have a 4 line plan with a yr and a half left on my contract...I tell the "lady"that if I don't get what I was originally offered, since this repair store is the one who screwed up my phone and not me, that I was cancelling my contract. They opted to lose just under $3000 rather than replace my phone for $35... Customer service?..
