  • don't set up payment arrangement/poor WIFI

    what ever you do don't set up a payment arrangement then pay early. I was not told that if I set up a payment arrangement and pay early they would still try to take the money out.     I hate Sprint and I regret ever getting involved with them. Do NOT ever allow them into talking you into signing your life away with them. They NEVER do as they say they will.     My phone stopped working after a mandatory download. I went to the store near my house at 6pm, where the tech has always been so helpful and was told that they had made changes and no longer had a tech in every store but only in 3 Kansas City stores.     If you are considering services with Sprint DON'T DO IT. They will trick you into signing up with them by telling you the monthly bill will be much less. You'll be in for a surprise when you receive your first bill and it's almost twice as much as what they quoted you.     I was told I would get a $100 credit for switching over my service to them. Yet it's four months later and I was lied to. I called each month asking where is my money yet no one knew, it was all a lie.     I am so disgusted with sprint. I added lines to my plan was told my bill would be 98 dollars a month by the guy in the store in metro mall here in phoenix az. i just got my phone bill and it is 181 dollars. when i called customer service i spent almost an hour on the phone explaining what i was told how it was not fair and how i was lied to. the lady offered me a 10 dollar credit and that was it.     My family had been with Sprint for over ten years. Overall good experience. Until I moved to a new location and my coverage was terrible. Calls dropped 60% of the time.     I dealt with Ryan to at sprint in the Rotterdam mall he told me if I sign up for new service I would get a free iPhone 7 plus so I took the time out to go sign up and get the merchandise and come to find out he had giving me false information.     I bought the HTC Bolt when I switched over to Sprint all but two months ago. I’ve always taken care of my electronics; my Galaxy I had for over three years.     While Sprint itself did provide generally decent service as a Cell Phone network provider I have had too many issues trying to resolve any small matter with their customer support.     Sprint is full of lies. We were told in the store that our accounts would be cancelled and we had a $0 balance. Then my wife and I were sent letters saying we owed sprint because the store we went to could not fully cancel the accounts.     I went from AT&T to Sprint in August 2016. This is the worst mistake EVER! I was told by the Manager of Sprint that I needed to bring in my final bill from AT&T and Sprint would pay it never happened!     The way cell companies get you now is to basically force you to upgrade or pay a huge fee at the end of the term. In December I chose to upgrade 2 of the lines on our 3 line plan. The nice guy on the phone said they could upgrade to the IPhone 7, both phones, for 50% off each one. So instead of paying $28 for 18 months for each phone, it's $28 a month for both. Pretty cool.     I have been trying to release a phone number TO a another person's Sprint account for a couple weeks now. What a nightmare. They got the company name wrong, they got the address wrong, they miss matched the transfer time with the parent carrier. Every month I have had to call about my bill and every time I am given a representative that is had to understand, language barrier.     We have had nothing but issues since switching. Yes, they are about 50.00 cheaper however the store manager at Tucson Mall never returns calls. We were not provided the serial numbers of our phones we turned into Sprint so we couldn't register to receive the buyout option.     Sprint discriminates against those with disabilities! I have polio and I have hand tremors on the hand I write with. So when try to take notes on a business call I can't read my own handwriting. So I ask my attorney how can I get around this if someone isn't around to take notes for me. He said to record my calls and just tell people at the beginning of the call that I am recording the call.     We switched from Verizon to Sprint during the black Friday deals of 2016. Now we still have not received money from sprint to offset the cost of cancelling Verizon.     I ordered a new iphone 7 on December 21st. It is now January 10th and I STILL do not have it. Sprint gave the wrong address to the delivery service so on December 23rd, I had to give the correct address to the delivery service.     My husband and I stopped in the strore at Lycomming mall to update his phone to a iPhone 7.
