  • Sprint bad customer service

Sprint customer service rep Lisa(from the states) was extremely rude. I have been a loyal customer for several years but my latest interaction with Sprint rep. Lisa has made me dislike the company. I was transferred to her when I wanted to cancel 1 out of my 6 lines that was no longer in use for several months. Lisa made blatent accusations within 30 seconds of our conversation and tried to shut me up by talking over me while demanding I let her speak. More...

  • Sprint Friction

I was with Sprint for 2 years then added 3 more lines a few months ago when all the problems began. I was set up with auto pay to get the discount but their system kept kicking it off auto pay. then they charge late fees and other charges. Had store tried 2 more times and it did the same thing. I think this is on purpose so they can pick up additional charges and don't have to pay discounts. Talk with customer service (which should be NO service) and they said they could give me $10 credit after I've paid over $80 in additional fees. Maybe they need to read "Friction"!... More...

  • Worst Company EVER!!!

NEVER EVER agree to a Sprint contract they suckered my wife into a contract where we were supposed to get a free ipad with a 2 year service agreement. turns out the the sales reps lied to our faces and we were hit with an equipment rental fee AFTER we were told we wouldn't bet and AFTER they locked us into a contract with an enormous $370 breakage fee. After being a year into we spent about $1500 to acquire an ipad mini worth less than $200. I'll never use SPRINT for anything ever again More...

Not wanting to go in detail but I was given "incorrect information" from sprint and I have spent 3 hours trying to get my issue resolved and no one has helped me at all apparently they can't do anything for me so I will be switching carriers asap! They have screwed me over way too many times! I'm done! I have been with then for 4 years and have had problems ever since and today hit the nail on the head! More...

  • don't set up payment arrangement/poor WIFI

what ever you do don't set up a payment arrangement then pay early. I was not told that if I set up a payment arrangement and pay early they would still try to take the money out. I like to set up payment arrangement every month to make it more convenient to pay. most of the time I would then go online and pay it early not knowing it was a problem. this month when I went to set it up I was blocked from going online and was told because of account history I couldn't do it anymore. i feel I should have been told when setting up an arrangement I should not pay early or it would... • internet access

I'm really disappointed in Sprint. I had att for 20 years but att gives no long time loyal customers any phone deals like they do for new customers so I decided to switch. Bad move. It's hard to get internet access. I also have to wait about 3 to 4 minutes sometimes longer before my video starts. Really frustrating. Changing carrier when my contract ends or someone buys out the contract More...

  • Worst Phone Company Worse Customer Service

I hate Sprint and I regret ever getting involved with them. Do NOT ever allow them into talking you into signing your life away with them. They NEVER do as they say they will. Their customer service is the worse I've ever dealt with my whole life. If you call them they say they keep records or notes of the call but they do NOT I know for a fact because I've call them with in a two hour period before with no evidence of me ever calling. No customer service person will EVER tell you the same thing as the one before them they do NOT allow you to talk to the same agent even of higher... More...

  • Customer Service

My phone stopped working after a mandatory download. I went to the store near my house at 6pm, where the tech has always been so helpful and was told that they had made changes and no longer had a tech in every store but only in 3 Kansas City stores. After telling me which ones, I asked him to book me an appointment with a tech. He handed me a confirmation and gave me directions to the store. I went straight there only to find out he had made an appointment at another store that did not have a tech. So I was put on the walkin list and waited over an hour. I was told only 3 stores now... • Tricked by Sprint

If you are considering services with Sprint DON'T DO IT. They will trick you into signing up with them by telling you the monthly bill will be much less. You'll be in for a surprise when you receive your first bill and it's almost twice as much as what they quoted you. They are so desperate for business that they have no issues with their representatives telling you whatever it takes to make a sale and if you are lucky the most you will get is an apology. In our home we have 4 phones 1 with Sprint, 1 with Boost and 2 with Metro PCS. I wish everyone would have gone with... More...

  • Sprint is THE WORST cell phone company EVER

This has got to be the worst cell phone company EVER!!! This company is run by a bunch of liars, thieves, unprofessional and poorly trained representatives. They trick you into thinking you are receiving the best plan to help lower your bill but it ends up backfiring on you, the customer! One rep tells you one thing then another rep turns around and tells you something completely different. The worst decision I made was switching from my previous cell phone provider to these idiotic thieves. More...

  • All sprint does is lie!!!!!!!!!!!

I was told I would get a $100 credit for switching over my service to them. Yet it's four months later and I was lied to. I called each month asking where is my money yet no one knew, it was all a lie. I even spoke with a supervisor with horrible customer service and basically told me I was lying and transferred me to an animated voice call just to get off the phone. She was horrible and should not be a supervisor. I was on the phone for two hours with these two ladies that helped me not even a bit, just caused more stress. I was finally transferred to a man with the best... More...

  • Ticked at Sprint.

My family had been with Sprint for over ten years. Overall good experience. Until I moved to a new location and my coverage was terrible. Calls dropped 60% of the time. Talked to Sprint numerous times. They finally sent an Airave but this did not help at all. Finally got so frustrated that I had to change to Verizon. I returned my phones and Airave to Sprint and contacted them explaining why I had to get out of my contract early. I asked them if they would help out on the remaining balance of my contract. They said they we were in a covered area and they refused to help. I am... More...

  • My first experience with Sprint

I bought the HTC Bolt when I switched over to Sprint all but two months ago. I’ve always taken care of my electronics; my Galaxy I had for over three years. Shortly after getting the Bolt I, of course, drop it in my living space and the screen shatters in the corner nearest the impact, with the case. So I schedule and appointment and bring it in to a repair shop next to Best Buy in Tukwila, WA. The gal I speak with says that the technician will have to see it to examine whether the screen need replacement or the whole device. The screen cost $100, the device $200. That’s... More...

  • Lies, lies, and more lies

Sprint is full of lies. We were told in the store that our accounts would be cancelled and we had a $0 balance. Then my wife and I were sent letters saying we owed sprint because the store we went to could not fully cancel the accounts. Today we paid almost $250 for service we did not use for over three months even though we were originally told our accounts were cancelled. Sprint is the absolute worst and we will tell everyone we know not to use any service they provide. More...

I was with sprint for around 8 years. I was never satisfied, but it was good enough to not force me to switch. I began having difficulty using google maps. It would not work even in middle of a city. I canceled my service no contract or anything, however my last bill was more than I expected. I called 3-4 times asking for them to explain my bill which they couldn't. I then asked them to send me a bill in mail. I confirmed my address every time, and every time I never got a bill. 4-5 months later I find out they send me to collections. I call them up and the sprint collections lady... More...

I went from AT&T to Sprint in August 2016. This is the worst mistake EVER! I was told by the Manager of Sprint that I needed to bring in my final bill from AT&T and Sprint would pay it never happened! I signed a contract with Sprint the total monthly charged agreed on was 143.78 my bill is over 250.00 ever month. I have been told by Sprint they are fixing the issue but just getting the run around. Now being told I have to pay the final bill myself. Got me to change over with all these great deals but yet to get the great deals just lies!!!! More...

  • Avoid sprint

The way cell companies get you now is to basically force you to upgrade or pay a huge fee at the end of the term. In December I chose to upgrade 2 of the lines on our 3 line plan. The nice guy on the phone said they could upgrade to the IPhone 7, both phones, for 50% off each one. So instead of paying $28 for 18 months for each phone, it's $28 a month for both. Pretty cool. I get the first bill.... not applied. I call, they say 1-2 billing cycles then it gets credited back to me. Ok cool. Second month I see 2 $100 credits on my account. I call them saying I wasn't expecting the... More...

  • Why I will never use Sprint

I have been trying to release a phone number TO a another person's Sprint account for a couple weeks now. What a nightmare. They got the company name wrong, they got the address wrong, they miss matched the transfer time with the parent carrier. To top it off EVERY agent I talked to was in a foreign country and spoke very poor English. Now they say it will take 8 more days, what a surprise. I made the mistake of switching from Verizon to sprint. There is more than 1% difference. Every month I have had to call about my bill and every time I am given a representative that is had to understand, language barrier. Now this month I was made aware that the employee discount, which I verified and was promised at the store where I started my service, is not available on my plan. • Sprint Towers... WTF

Just to blow off steam... I am going to say as calmly as possible... Sprint, get your fucking shit together, honestly... I live in Ridgecrest, CA 93555, and I have been using your "top of the line" HTC Bolt for the best quality of experience, however, whenever I want to chill and play some apps when I am not at home using wifi, my fucking connection keeps becoming lost trying to constantly switch between 3G and LTE, and it is especially annoying when I'm playing a competitive game, and lose, which ultimately makes me de-rank unfortunately... May you please show some love... More...

  • Do not switch to Sprint

We have had nothing but issues since switching. Yes, they are about 50.00 cheaper however the store manager at Tucson Mall never returns calls. We were not provided the serial numbers of our phones we turned into Sprint so we couldn't register to receive the buyout option. Tried 5-6 times to contact manager and he was either with a customer or off. He never returned our calls. When we sent a email to the regional manager we received no response. Did a chat and was told the situation was sent to "upper department" and they would contact us....NOPE. No call, no email.... More...

I was a Sprint customer since 2008. I wanted to explore options that will lower my bill and Sprint would not budge. When I asked to speak to a rep to disconnect my service, they didn't attempt to keep me as a customer. Sprint discriminates against those with disabilities! I have polio and I have hand tremors on the hand I write with. So when try to take notes on a business call I can't read my own handwriting. So I ask my attorney how can I get around this if someone isn't around to take notes for me. He said to record my calls and just tell people at the beginning of the call that I am recording the call. I am within my legal rights to record calls provided I tell up front. That's exactly what I did. But.... Sprint has a policy that you aren't allowed to record YOUR calls but... More...

We switched from Verizon to Sprint during the black Friday deals of 2016. Now we still have not received money from sprint to offset the cost of cancelling Verizon. Our payment should of being $188.00 every month and it was in December. Now monthly payment is 384.00 and next month should be $266.00 They have the worst customer service over the phone and stores, and truly is a scam. Sorry this is long, and very detailed, but I want you all to know just how badly we got ripped off by Sprint, and prevent somebody else from getting ripped off by these scammers too! Went to Sprint on Dec. 23rd 2016 to look into getting my 2 daughters an IPhone 7, and IPhone 6s Plus for xmas. We ended up getting them both, and found out our monthly bill was going to be around $180 a month. We had to put down a down payment, which we did, then I signed the contract, and the deal was done. Alright, to be honest I don't even know where to begin. I have went into 2 different sprint stores today trying to get a simple answer to my question. Sadly, no one has been any help. Tried calling customer service and there is no option that relates to my question. All I want is to be able to talk to a human, but there is no option for that of course. In July, I switched over to Sprint and received a year free of Amazon Prime, which went active in November. In November I purchased a "free" tablet from a Sprint store, and they switched my service over to unlimited data, and in doing so I lost my prime membership. I was not informed that switching my plan was going to cause me to lose my Prime membership. I was unaware of this until Sunday November 27, when I went on Amazon to make a purchase. Billing issues. 2 months ago realized I had been overcharge for a tablet that I was told was "free". Went to the store and was told by a Radio Shack employee that the Sprint person had car trouble and wouldn't be in. Called Sprint and after several hours was told a supervisor would have to help. A day later I was told to go back to Sprint store, issue had to be resolved at that level.
