  • Beware of Sprint!!

    I went from AT&T to Sprint in August 2016. This is the worst mistake EVER! I was told by the Manager of Sprint that I needed to bring in my final bill from AT&T and Sprint would pay it never happened! I signed a contract with Sprint the total monthly charged agreed on was 143.78 my bill is over 250.00 ever month. I have been told by Sprint they are fixing the issue but just getting the run around.   • Avoid sprint

    The way cell companies get you now is to basically force you to upgrade or pay a huge fee at the end of the term. In December I chose to upgrade 2 of the lines on our 3 line plan. The nice guy on the phone said they could upgrade to the IPhone 7, both phones, for 50% off each one. So instead of paying $28 for 18 months for each phone, it's $28 a month for both. Pretty cool.   • Why I will never use Sprint

    I have been trying to release a phone number TO a another person's Sprint account for a couple weeks now. What a nightmare. They got the company name wrong, they got the address wrong, they miss matched the transfer time with the parent carrier.     I made the mistake of switching from Verizon to sprint. There is more than 1% difference. Every month I have had to call about my bill and every time I am given a representative that is had to understand, language barrier. Now this month I was made aware that the employee discount, which I verified and was promised at the store where I started my service, is not available on my plan.     Just to blow off steam... I am going to say as calmly as possible... Sprint, get your fucking shit together, honestly...   • Do not switch to Sprint

    We have had nothing but issues since switching. Yes, they are about 50.00 cheaper however the store manager at Tucson Mall never returns calls. We were not provided the serial numbers of our phones we turned into Sprint so we couldn't register to receive the buyout option.     Sprint discriminates against those with disabilities! I have polio and I have hand tremors on the hand I write with. So when try to take notes on a business call I can't read my own handwriting. So I ask my attorney how can I get around this if someone isn't around to take notes for me. He said to record my calls and just tell people at the beginning of the call that I am recording the call.   • Black Friday deal and contract plan a scam

    We switched from Verizon to Sprint during the black Friday deals of 2016. Now we still have not received money from sprint to offset the cost of cancelling Verizon. Our payment should of being $188.00 every month and it was in December.     This company has the worst cell coverage..And when they tell you that you can return your phones and get your money back, it's not true! They have lied to us, and given us the run around.     DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! I was with Sprint for 1 yr. I went in to add an Ipad to my plan because my computer broke and needed something to replace it. He told me the Ipad was FREE!     My husband and I stopped in the strore at Lycomming mall to update his phone to a iPhone 7.     In July, I switched over to Sprint and received a year free of Amazon Prime, which went active in November.     Billing issues. 2 months ago realized I had been overcharge for a tablet that I was told was "free".   • Sprint - Overcharging International fees

    For two months in a row, we fought with Sprint for a credit on our phone bills for the same reason: Sprint charged us international calling charges when we were told specifically international calls would only be $.20 per minute.   • Ordering a new device/customer service

    I ordered a new iPhone 7 3 days ago. The phone was shipped to the wrong address, after I clearly gave them a new address to send it to. The day I was supposed to receive the phone.
