  • Liars, Thieves, and Rude

DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! I was with Sprint for 1 yr. I went in to add an Ipad to my plan because my computer broke and needed something to replace it. He told me the Ipad was FREE! I asked 3 times to verify it was free and even asked about the Galaxy tab and he said it wasnt free but the Ipad was. Well when I get my bill its a $50/service fee and $50+ for the tablet. Luckily the manager returned it without restock fee but when I cancelled and went to AT&T. They sent me a Final Bill for $1200/which included the Ipad which I had returned 2 months before. Every time I call... More...

  • customer service

Alright, to be honest I don't even know where to begin. I have went into 2 different sprint stores today trying to get a simple answer to my question. Sadly, no one has been any help. Tried calling customer service and there is no option that relates to my question. All I want is to be able to talk to a human, but there is no option for that of course. The question I had was how exactly the process works for me trying to get the Pixel phone, since sprint stores do not sell it. I know that I can order it from Google themselves, and that sprint will support the phone, but since I am... More...

  • Sprints network is a joke. No where near 1 percent of the other network.

i have been a customer since oct 2013. they have charged me full market price for multiple phones. every phone was disabled by sprint. major components like video calling. these are major features the phone should be cheaper. my sister has the same phone and hers never glitches, other things sprint removed causes major glitches the phone freezes up constantly. i called so many times to resolve the issue they offered me nothing to fix the issues. they claim there network is within one percent of the other network, thats a joke there excuse to me for removing all these features is because the... • Sprint store Lycomming mall

My husband and I stopped in the strore at Lycomming mall to update his phone to a iPhone 7. Some places are giving them free to update, so we asked if there would be any charge to upgrade his phone to the 7. The store rep said no, just a $30 fee when we picked it up. He had Rick, my husband, sign on the reps phone for the iPhone 7, the rep ordered it, and we left. After getting home we noticed they had sent the contract to him by email. Upon review we discovered they were charging him $800 for the phone, and his bill was increasing by $70. a month. We called that same day and cancelled... More...

  • Horrific Customer Treatment

In July, I switched over to Sprint and received a year free of Amazon Prime, which went active in November. In November I purchased a "free" tablet from a Sprint store, and they switched my service over to unlimited data, and in doing so I lost my prime membership. I was not informed that switching my plan was going to cause me to lose my Prime membership. I was unaware of this until Sunday November 27, when I went on Amazon to make a purchase. I called Amazon, who informed me to contact Sprint. I contacted Sprint, informed the customer service rep of what the situation was... More...

  • Spring Billing

Billing issues. 2 months ago realized I had been overcharge for a tablet that I was told was "free". Went to the store and was told by a Radio Shack employee that the Sprint person had car trouble and wouldn't be in. Called Sprint and after several hours was told a supervisor would have to help. A day later I was told to go back to Sprint store, issue had to be resolved at that level. Several days later I received a call from the local store and was told that I would get a credit of $140.00 on my next bill. Sure enough, the $140.00 credit was there and I paid the $56.74... More...

Sprint is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They lied to me on paying off my Verizon bills for switching to sprint. I tried to have them pay, but it wasn't the "final bill" no matter what Verizon sent me. Also, they said I was past the time frame. The smug ass bitch behind the counter is a lying ass bitch. The website is garbage. Says I don't have access to change anything on my account, and says I am not the account owner - Really? Who the fuck owns my account then? They can take my money but I am not allowed to view my bill? And if you want a paper... More...

  • Don't waste your time or money with sprint...awful, awful, awful service.

I agree with all the terrible reviews about sprint. You can never get your problems solved. The idiots they have working on billing are unprofessional, disrespectful, and it's hard to understand them. They treat their customers as if they don't have nonthing to loose. And could care less about the company reputation. The company need to monitor all calls and fire the idiots that are not doing their jobs in a professional, understanding, fair mannerude. If they don't change the way they do business I suggest everyone make a stand and cancel sprint contract and take our money... More...

  • Don't choose Sprint!

We left Verizon due to costs- we gave sprint a try for 5 days and realized it was really bad coverage where we live. We returned phones to the store and cancelled the contract - A month later we are getting bills of 2400-2900. The store did not return our phones to the company because the Sprint Corp didn't sent them a return box, 'Meanwhile our credit is in jeopardy . Can you hear this Sprint? We have spent hours on the phone with them with no resolve. More...

  • Sprint - Overcharging International fees

For two months in a row, we fought with Sprint for a credit on our phone bills for the same reason: Sprint charged us international calling charges when we were told specifically international calls would only be $.20 per minute. We were charged 10x as much and had we known, we would have found another way to communicate. The last bill was overcharged by more than $500. I was also charged for texting charges, even though our plan specifies that international texts are free!! I have spent hours on the phone with different Customer Service Reps who completely agreed with us and said we would... More...

  • Ordering a new device/customer service

I ordered a new iPhone 7 3 days ago. The phone was shipped to the wrong address, after I clearly gave them a new address to send it to. The day I was supposed to receive the phone. It was then shipped back to their warehouse and the amount of $700 was applied to my account until they received it. I spoke with 8 different reps wishing a 3 day period of wich I could barely understand, had no idea what they were doing and constantly put on hold for 10 mins every time. Not to mention the wait time just to speak to someone in order support was greater that 21mins every time I called. After all... More...

  • Sprint Monthly charges

This is literally the first time I have ever been so upset to write a review of a company online. First off we have been loyal customers for several years and switched to a new plan which was supposed to lower our monthly bill. Now we are paying upwards of $190 for 2 phones when the reason we changed plans was because of an advertisement saying our bill would be $50 a line. I've called customer service several times and am told that there is nothing we can do to get our bill any lower. I have actually encouraged several co-workers and all of my friends to not use Sprint or switch to... More...

  • DO NOT SWITCH TO SPRINT!!! Big mistake

TERRIBLE!! I hate this service. I would never recommend this phone company to anyone! This phone company is ridiculous and bullshit. They have conned me not once but twice. They tell me lies and later in the future I suffer the consequences! I never knew how bad there Internet was till I did not have wifi in my home. Every time I went out of town I had zero service. I switched from Verizon thinking it would be cheaper, but I rather pay Verizon the same amount but for a better faster phone. Customer service is rude and they do not know how to do their job. • Sprint's poor cellular service compounded by poor customer service

I was a Sprint customer from 2003-2013. When I first started with Sprint, their service was decent and reasonably priced. That quickly changed. Within two years, I noticed the quality of calls and basic cellular service decline steadily. In 2008, I started attending the University of Colorado and could not get a signal at all for data or calls. Sprint ended up sending me a special antenna to make calls through my ISP at home, but I was still unable to make calls if I was not at home, despite being on a major university campus. Customer service kept telling me cellular service was in the... More...

I received my cell phone on 07/28/2015,activated on 07/29/2015 and went back to previous phone service because I was misled. When I went back sprint would not allow me to get my original number back from them which I have had for years. And they are trying to charge me $100s of dollars for all of this. There is a 14 day grace period but apparently they dont recognize it. Not to mention the sprint rep I started with was had very strong foreign accent and was open for interpretation. Couldnt be more disgusted. Not done with this issue. More...

  • Sprint taking our money and disconnecting my phone

Sprint's inefficient customer service has been making our lives hell this year. We have had a plan with them since September 2012 and they were always very lenient and helpful. Since my plan partner's phone broke in May of this year, they have sent us a broken refurbished phone, failed to send us a return kit thus leaving us no choice but to have the local store ship it back to the warehouse. The warehouse and customer service reps that we've had to deal with over the phone haven't been on the same page about the process of the phone being returned, despite the fact that... More...

As a 15 year Sprint Customer I realize what a horrible company they are and will NEVER RECOMMEND OR GO BACK TO SPRINT AGAIN. Situtation: Customer Service is horrible!!! They waste your time giving run around on matters they have no intention of resolving in a reasonable manner. Took several days, e.g. follow up phone calls to cust service, and waited on phone for extraordinary length of time just to learn, at supervisor level, they have no intention to do anything about my complaint. I returned a phone on 3/31/15 to a local sprint store, to which they told me they couldn't give me cash back and that they would have to send a check in the mail and that it would take up to two weeks. I have had Sprint for several years, the service went from bad to worse. I complained multiple times about the slow speed of service and the huge amount of surcharges every month. Nothing improved sadly over the course of time, so I decided to switch service providers. Sprint told me multiple times that I would be able to make some kind of payments or installments over the final bill with the early termination fees included. • Sprint Terrible Coverage

I switched from AT&T to Sprint because I lost my phone and was not due for an upgrade. When comparing plans, I determined that I would save almost $10/month by moving to Sprint. If I'd known the huge difference I would see in coverage, I would gladly have paid the additional $10 with AT&T. I live in an urban area and I find my phone with one bar of 3G signal the majority of the time. That is not sufficient for making calls, sending texts and certainly not for using data. My phone will go from having 4 bars of LTE to zero bars when I haven't moved or done anything with my... More...

  • Sprint inflating data usage to charge overage fees

I recently obtained internet service with Sprint through their MiFi Hotspot device. It required a two year commitment. The service and speed were great, however, within four days, I had used up the monthly allotment of 3GBs. Previously I had used a Boost Mobile Hotspot via my cell phone and rarely used up the 2.5GBs allotted each month. And that included all the work I do on line as well as texts and photo uploads. Sprint is misleading customers with this most recent pricing war with other carriers. I had my fiancee added to my plan because I saw online that we could add her for $40 additional per month. I called BEFORE we added her to make sure what I was reading was correct. They assured me Yes as long as we got her on the plan before Dec 31, 2014. Switched from US Cellular to Sprint since my son was going to college in NY. I specifically asked Sprint rep if the coverage wasn't up to par what we could do and was told we could end. Well sure enough the coverage was terrible. I even contacted Sprint and provided a solution (the college had already worked with ATT and Verizon for campus wide coverage). • Beware: Sprint Doesn't Prorate Fees or Disclose Prorating Policy

Timing of signing up for Sprint service is critical. For example, Sprint will charge a full month's fee for protection plan even if you sign up in the middle or at the end of a billing cycle. Their reps don't inform you of their no prorating policy, and Sprint will not adjust these fees despite their failure to inform. Sprint has now established to me that it doesn't make full disclosure, so I will ride out my contract and depart from Sprint. Nor will I add any other devices.
