  • Worst Customer Service EVER!!!!!!

    This was the worst customer experience that I ever had!!!! Talked to 3 different people and got 3 different answers. Someone from the actual Sprint store had to tell the "Finance" rep the actual way the contract works, he was even frustrated.   • Sprint lying thieves

    I am so disgusted with sprint. I added lines to my plan was told my bill would be 98 dollars a month by the guy in the store in metro mall here in phoenix az. i just got my phone bill and it is 181 dollars. when i called customer service i spent almost an hour on the phone explaining what i was told how it was not fair and how i was lied to. the lady offered me a 10 dollar credit and that was it.     Customer service is bad, people who work at sprint especially at this locations seems to doesn't know anything about their job!     I ordered a new iphone 7 on December 21st. It is now January 10th and I STILL do not have it. Sprint gave the wrong address to the delivery service so on December 23rd, I had to give the correct address to the delivery service. This delivery service has now had my phone for 18 days and is so stupid and incompetent morons, that they are absolutely incapable of finding a 6th story office building on a major street in downtown Glendale.     I've been a customer with Sprint for almost 10 years. One reason I was a customer for so long was because of the flexible payment arrangements they provided. Well recently, I guess they've changed their rules or process. Now, when trying to make payment arrangements, they give you a hard time...requiring 70% of the past due bill vs the 50%. I explained to the supervisor, CLAIRE, that I make a payment on my payday, every two weeks, according to my pay schedule.   • Customer service 800 help

    I returned a mobile hotspot within one week of purchasing it to the Sprint store that I purchased it at. I was told I would get a refund for the amount that I paid. 3weeks later I am still waiting for that refund. 3 days ago my account was debited for more money. I was told my acct had not been cancelled. I was then told to call back if I didnt get the money back in my acct within a couple days.   • Sprint Customer Support is Horrible

    Sprint doesn't not value customer service or support. They have overcharged me the past 2 months and charged my for expensive devices that have already been paid for. After HOURS of talking to representatives that cannot help, I was transferred to other agents that could not help. I was on the phone for over 2 hours taking care of my bill and then had to go through the same process the following month. No one know what is going on or how to resolve any issues with billing.   • I want to leave sprint after a month.

    Initially when I signed up with sprint, I was assured there were no activation fees and my bill would ONLY be the the planned amount plus tax. Great! Until I went to pay my first bill and there was nearly an extra $90 added on. I went to the sprint store I signed up at and was basically told "it is what it is". Even after I explained to him that the rep I spoke with specifically told me NO surprise fees.     I am paying $96 dollars a months for unlimited everything. Not too bad except for the fact that I rarely have good service and most of the time have shotty reception when I'm talking on the phone.     Hello, I have been a customer of sprint for 3 years. I was talked into the galaxy note 2, by one of the salesmen, he showed me his phone and all that it would do.     There are couple time slots that there is no Sprint reception in my house. To set up my pin, I actually went to the Sprint show room on Stevens Creek. There was no reception at their center.     After 5 years of being a loyal customer I have found myself considering leaving Sprints service due to the gradual decline in customer service. I called regarding an email issue with my Blackberry Curve and was helped by an Asian woman.     I have been with Sprint as a cellular customer for a period of 5+ years. I am continually amazed at how inefficient and irresponsible this company is... how laborious it is to resolve a problem that was initiated by Sprint... and how much time it takes.     I have used Sprint for years as my wireless carrier. I was very happy w/ them up to about years ago. First my boyfriends Sprint phone broke and he had insurance on it. neither Sprint nor Best Buy, were he got it, would fix it, yet they kept charging him for a phone he could use.
