  • Worst Customer Service EVER!!!!!!

This was the worst customer experience that I ever had!!!! Talked to 3 different people and got 3 different answers. Someone from the actual Sprint store had to tell the "Finance" rep the actual way the contract works, he was even frustrated. Worst customer experience I have ever had, just paid the bill "even though it was wrong" just so I do not have to deal with them anymore!!!!!!! More...

I added lines to my plan was told my bill would be 98 dollars a month by the guy in the store in metro mall here in phoenix az. i just got my phone bill and it is 181 dollars. when i called customer service i spent almost an hour on the phone explaining what i was told how it was not fair and how i was lied to. the lady offered me a 10 dollar credit and that was it. They have so many hidden fees and they LIE!!!!!! I cannot wait to get away from sprint i will never reccomend them to anyone and i will be discontinuing my services with them. dont go to sprint... • Poor customer service

Customer service is bad, people who work at sprint especially at this locations seems to doesn't know anything about their job! No matter what question or problem I will come with they never able to give a solution or descent answer! I've been with sprint for two years and their store representatives always frustrated me! I would say they have a lot of space to improve in their customer service and training their staff members! More...

  • SPRINT SUCKS!!!!!

I ordered a new iphone 7 on December 21st. It is now January 10th and I STILL do not have it. Sprint gave the wrong address to the delivery service so on December 23rd, I had to give the correct address to the delivery service. This delivery service has now had my phone for 18 days and is so stupid and incompetent morons, that they are absolutely incapable of finding a 6th story office building on a major street in downtown Glendale. At this point, Sprint needs to either reassign my phone delivery to another delivery service or they need to have my phone delivered to the local Sprint... More...

  • SPRINT IS A RIP OFF

I've been a customer with Sprint for almost 10 years. One reason I was a customer for so long was because of the flexible payment arrangements they provided. Well recently, I guess they've changed their rules or process. Now, when trying to make payment arrangements, they give you a hard time...requiring 70% of the past due bill vs the 50%. I explained to the supervisor, CLAIRE, that I make a payment on my payday, every two weeks, according to my pay schedule. NORMALLY, they accept 50% of the payment & allow me to call back on my payday to pay the balance. NOW, they... More...

  • Customer service 800 help

I returned a mobile hotspot within one week of purchasing it to the Sprint store that I purchased it at. I was told I would get a refund for the amount that I paid. 3weeks later I am still waiting for that refund. 3 days ago my account was debited for more money. I was told my acct had not been cancelled. I was then told to call back if I didnt get the money back in my acct within a couple days. Now I'm told 90 days and I can't get anyone i the United States I always get someone from overseas. I'm very unhappy with this. More...

  • Sprint Customer Support is Horrible

Sprint doesn't not value customer service or support. They have overcharged me the past 2 months and charged my for expensive devices that have already been paid for. After HOURS of talking to representatives that cannot help, I was transferred to other agents that could not help. I was on the phone for over 2 hours taking care of my bill and then had to go through the same process the following month. No one know what is going on or how to resolve any issues with billing. They are unable and unwilling to help. I am so sick of this service and lack of customer service. More...

  • I want to leave sprint after a month.

Initially when I signed up with sprint, I was assured there were no activation fees and my bill would ONLY be the the planned amount plus tax. Great! Until I went to pay my first bill and there was nearly an extra $90 added on. I went to the sprint store I signed up at and was basically told "it is what it is". Even after I explained to him that the rep I spoke with specifically told me NO surprise fees. Then I was told I'd have all of these additional fees NEXT month as well since I added a tablet(free) to my plan. Which I was told would cost $7.50/month which is half off.... More...

  • Unhappy Costumer

I am paying $96 dollars a months for unlimited everything. Not too bad except for the fact that I rarely have good service and most of the time have shotty reception when I'm talking on the phone. Recently my phone quit so I ordered a new one, covered by my insurance. I left a phone number but was never contacted when my phone came in. I had to go into the store and insist they look in the back before the finally admitted that they did have my phone and had had it for four days. I can't get through on their phone ever. Even though the store is open. Costumer service is slow and I... More...

  • Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3

Hello, I have been a customer of sprint for 3 years. I was talked into the galaxy note 2, by one of the salesmen, he showed me his phone and all that it would do. It is now time for me to upgrade to a new phone, I searched the Internet and found out that Samsung is coming out with a new Galaxy Mega 6.3, I went to sprint to see when it comes out. I was told that I would be crazy to DOWNGRADE to the Mega phone. That I should spend $299.00 for the new Note 4 and also sprint will not be carrying the Mega phone anymore. More...

  • Hate Sprint

I am a long time subscriber for Sprint phones. I have recently got the iPhone 5 from sprint and the phone is great but the service is horrible. I have called sprint many times for over 9 months now and they keep telling me the are working on the LTE towers. Every representative has told me different dates on when they should be fixed. I hate that I can't use the iPhone to its full potential More...

  • Sprint Review

There are couple time slots that there is no Sprint reception in my house. To set up my pin, I actually went to the Sprint show room on Stevens Creek. There was no reception at their center. So the salesman shifted my phone to wifi in order to be connected. That explains why you need to sign up for 2 years. More...

  • Poor Customer Service

After 5 years of being a loyal customer I have found myself considering leaving Sprints service due to the gradual decline in customer service. I called regarding an email issue with my Blackberry Curve and was helped by an Asian woman. When I asked about where she was located after having some difficulty communicating due to her thick accent. She became angry when I asked for someone who spoke English as their primary language. After more frustration I just gave up and called a local Sprint store for help. Sprints outsourcing is just ridiculous if the foreign representatives can't... More...

  • Sprint customer service

I have been with Sprint as a cellular customer for a period of 5+ years. I am continually amazed at how inefficient and irresponsible this company is... how laborious it is to resolve a problem that was initiated by Sprint... and how much time it takes. About one half of the representatives I've dealt with have been respectful and made efforts to mitigate, but at least 50% of them have been uninformed, inefficient and rude. How a company that spends billions of dollars in recruiting customers doesn't see a better way to retain the ones they have is a mystery. This has been one of... More...

  • I have used Sprint for years as...

I have used Sprint for years as my wireless carrier. I was very happy w/ them up to about years ago. First my boyfriends Sprint phone broke and he had insurance on it. neither Sprint nor Best Buy, were he got it, would fix it, yet they kept charging him for a phone he could use. Now they are saying he owes hundreds of dollars on a phone not used because it was broken on a plan he never was able to use. My mom was talking to a Sprint rep about her cell phone one day and he kept asking for her hole ss#. She refused to give it to him and he hung up on her. Shame on you sprint that... More...
