Avoid sprint - customer service

The way cell companies get you now is to basically force you to upgrade or pay a huge fee at the end of the term. In December I chose to upgrade 2 of the lines on our 3 line plan. The nice guy on the phone said they could upgrade to the IPhone 7, both phones, for 50% off each one. So instead of paying $28 for 18 months for each phone, it's $28 a month for both. Pretty cool. I get the first bill.... not applied. I call, they say 1-2 billing cycles then it gets credited back to me. Ok cool. Second month I see 2 $100 credits on my account. I call them saying I wasn't expecting the credit. They asked if I got the phones online, no I got them in store. Weird. They said their supervisor was going to look into this and call me back. Shockingly enough, the supervisor never called me. I even told them if you're trying to apply this credit instead of the 50% off that I would prefer the 50% off. These jerks never removed the credit and now I get the 3rd bill and the 50% still is not applied. I called them, spent 1.35 hours on the phone with them. No solution. They said that it was a option to either apply the $100 credit per phone or choose the 50% off. Clearly I chose the 50% off why else would I keep calling 3 months in a row?! Certainly not to chat with the worst customer service department ever. Nothing is fixed fast there. The lower level employees have to escalate it to a supervisor. The supervisor tries to fluff it for you to make you happy. They offered me a $50 credit. Umm no. Then they said a manager would call me back within 24 hours. That manager calls and offers me a credit spread out over 5 months of $150. No. How about you make it right for the consumer! Saving me $200 is not the same amount as saving me 50% per phone for 18 months. I would be a fool to accept that offer. Then the manager says "that's the best you're gonna get", excuse me?? You and your staff screwed thos up, not me. If you recorded the conversations like you say you do then you would have heard me clearly state I want the 50% off deal. Idiots. Now I'm having to wait for the corporate department to call me back within the next 24-48 hours. Ridiculous. Sprint absolutely sucks.
