Bad bad bad company


I was calling the costumer services to fix my problem from 11pm-6:38 pm but at the last call they close the phone, my phone is broken and they told I can replacmant the phone for free, and I call to do a clime they said I have to pay $200,I tray to speak to the super Visor it might he will help, he stay with my on the line when we talk to incurance company, and when we talked to them, they put us on hold and the super vaizer close the phone, and not give me, I would say to Each person want to buy from sprint , please don't because when you go to buy from them,they do it so easer to you and then after that every thing will be not true and you no want that, plz chose another company, Asole2007@yahoo.com this is my email I can explain to anyone this problem and why they are not not a good company.
