Black Friday deal and contract plan a scam - SPRINT

We switched from Verizon to Sprint during the black Friday deals of 2016. Now we still have not received money from sprint to offset the cost of cancelling Verizon. Our payment should of being $188.00 every month and it was in December. Now monthly payment is 384.00 and next month should be $266.00
They have the worst customer service over the phone and stores, and truly is a scam. Wish we should of stayed with Verizon, as soon as we get a chance we will. We were paying 220.00 every month, no surprises. I'm a disable veteran and will be taking my bill and contract to JAG office, hopefully they can help me get out of it so I can switch. We made such a big mistake switching. You have to be an idiot to sign up for Sprint knowing what we know now..
