I returned a mobile hotspot within one week of purchasing it to the Sprint store that I purchased it at. I was told I would get a refund for the amount that I paid. 3weeks later I am still waiting for that refund. 3 days ago my account was debited for more money. I was told my acct had not been cancelled. I was then told to call back if I didnt get the money back in my acct within a couple days. Now I'm told 90 days and I can't get anyone i the United States I always get someone from overseas. I'm very unhappy with this.
