Do not switch to Sprint


We have had nothing but issues since switching. Yes, they are about 50.00 cheaper however the store manager at Tucson Mall never returns calls. We were not provided the serial numbers of our phones we turned into Sprint so we couldn't register to receive the buyout option. Tried 5-6 times to contact manager and he was either with a customer or off. He never returned our calls. When we sent a email to the regional manager we received no response. Did a chat and was told the situation was sent to "upper department" and they would contact us....NOPE. No call, no email. Finally called Verizon and they gave us the old serial numbers. I went to input into website and it wouldn't work. Chatted again with Sprint and was told the direct team needed to handle it however there is no way to contact them. I had to send an email and will now wait to hear from them. Not expecting much since we still have yet to have ANYONE from Sprint return a call or email.
