Loud Music - Cell phone service

this is the most terrible customer service ever !! This rep has Loud Rap music playing in the background. Told him I cant hear him because the music is so Loud ! This fool put me on hold and never came back to the phone ! this makes me want to cancel my service.. unacceptable oh by the way his name is Humus or something like that!
