Ordering a new device/customer service - Sprint Mobil phone


I ordered a new iPhone 7 3 days ago. The phone was shipped to the wrong address, after I clearly gave them a new address to send it to. The day I was supposed to receive the phone. It was then shipped back to their warehouse and the amount of $700 was applied to my account until they received it. I spoke with 8 different reps wishing a 3 day period of wich I could barely understand, had no idea what they were doing and constantly put on hold for 10 mins every time. Not to mention the wait time just to speak to someone in order support was greater that 21mins every time I called. After all the hassle they then told me I could go ahead and go to the store and pick a new phone up, after the time wasted , the phone was no longer eligible for an upgrade, and had to sit on the phone for 2hrs to fix this problem that could have been avoided so many time!!! So frustrating
