This is literally the first time I have ever been so upset to write a review of a company online. First off we have been loyal customers for several years and switched to a new plan which was supposed to lower our monthly bill. Now we are paying upwards of $190 for 2 phones when the reason we changed plans was because of an advertisement saying our bill would be $50 a line. I've called customer service several times and am told that there is nothing we can do to get our bill any lower. I have actually encouraged several co-workers and all of my friends to not use Sprint or switch to Sprint because of this. Very frustrating and will definately be canceling my plan and switching as soon as I am allowed to.
