Sprint customer service

Sprint Customer Service is the absolute worst! The phone reps do try to help, but their knowledge of policies is VERY inconsistent. The people that work in the Sprint stores ( Sales ) are rude, and totally unprofessional. The staff at 9616 Reistertown Rd Ste 210

is horrible. A girl named Haley ( Hailie ) hung up on me for demanding some answers as to why they wouldn't allow my daughter to pick up her phone even though I authorized it. DO NOT SIGN ON WITH SPRINT!!!
