poor customer service

Not wanting to go in detail but I was given "incorrect information" from sprint and I have spent 3 hours trying to get my issue resolved and no one has helped me at all apparently they can't do anything for me so I will be switching carriers asap! They have screwed me over way too many times! I'm done! I have been with then for 4 years and have had problems ever since and today hit the nail on the head!
