Sprint Customer Service


While Sprint itself did provide generally decent service as a Cell Phone network provider I have had too many issues trying to resolve any small matter with their customer support. When it comes to receiving a payment they are quick to charge you but I have literally been on the phone and personally at their corporate offices to receive a meager 214 dollars back payment from them even after I made a final payment of 470 dollars knowing that they needed to provide those finances of 214 back to me. I paid with 0 delay and have been through countless hours of phone time with their customer, finance and general departments of customer support. Nothing should be this difficult for a customer who never missed or even made a late payment of any kind, my account was even set to autopay, but here I am a literal 2 and a half months after my service agreement ended with Sprint and have yet to receive a meager 214 dollars back from a multi-billion dollar company who has a well trained customer support staff that is intentionally set apart from one another in their customer support web to make this process a nightmare because none of them can actually solve this issue by themselves instead they transfer and redirect the call to they myriad of personnel when this entire process should be handled by 2 people at worst, 1 to receive and redirect the call and the second should be the professional who can handle the entire simple process. I am a very patient individual and they have managed to drive me completely mad regarding this issue because it just seems like an attempt at making me retract my attempts of receiving my funds due to not having to deal with anymore of this nonsensical process. I haven't even been able to finalize this process because even though I have spent over an hour with their myriad of employees on a call recently, aside from the countless hours of other calls and actually showing up in person, they finally told me I am supposed to receive a call to confirm my address in 1-3 business days. How does it even make sense that they can't confirm my address while I'm on the phone with them and their supposed professionals. I don't blame the people who did a great job at making sure they were 100% professional I blame the higher level Sprint associates for designing this process on purpose because I have never encountered such a complicated attempt at protecting payment reimbursements from any company. Do I really need to wait 3 months to receive 214 dollars of back pay when 470 dollars were withdrawn from my account as a final payment with no issues? Should any process be this hard for a customer who never failed once on their end? How many hours of frustration should a compliant customer have to go through in order to resolve something that should take minutes? Never again will I join Sprint, not because of their cell network reliability, but because of the amount of hardship I have had to go through in order to finalize the agreement with them in which I am not the one who failed at upholding.
