To Sprint ,
Please be informed that my service was wrongfully discontinued on 9/12/15 I paid for my HTC in full as well as paid for my no contract service in full with time remaining on my service for the month. The problem is as follows
Phone #1 I purchased a HTC phone and no contract service The phone had a broken microphone Sprint charged me an additional #25 to send me a new phone Sprint instructed me to keep Phone # 1 until the new phone was set up

Phone # 2 I received in the mail the new HTC phone # 2 Sprint was unable to set up the new HTC phone # 2 and reported that Phone # 2 Apps were faulty Sprint charge me another $25 and told me they would send me Phone # 3 Sprint asked me to return Phone # 2 the the phone with faulty app and to keep Phone # 1 faulty microphone until Phone # 3 was obtained and set up
Phone # 3 Never received Phone # 3 never sent however Sprint charged me $25 for Phone # 3 that was never sent
This week Sprint sent me 'Nasty" text messages Sprint planned to discontinue my service on my phone # 1 although Phone # 1 was mine paid in full and my no contract phone paid for in full
Phone # 2 was sent back to Sprint according to the Sprint directions in the correct Sprint packaging including a note that explained the issues and provided my contact information

Phone #1 faulty microphone was kept as I paid for this phone and need it for text and Sprint instructed me to keep Phone #1 until I obtain from Sprint a phone that works Phone # 3 I never obtained although charged for both phone # 2 faulty Apps and charged for Phone # 3 Never received
At this point I have spent #280 to Sprint for phones no contract service and charges for new phones I have never received. Despite $ 280 I have no phone and no service and no one from Sprint responding. Also I have spent at least 5 hours of my personal time with a variety of Sprint supervisors and managers none were able to even attempt to address these issues What surprised me the most was that Sprint customer service was unable to review notes in my account
