Sprints network is a joke. No where near 1 percent of the other network. - they screw all android customers by removing video calling and other features, then still charging full price

i have been a customer since oct 2013. they have charged me full market price for multiple phones. every phone was disabled by sprint . major components like video calling. these are major features the phone should be cheaper. my sister has the same phone and hers never glitches, other things sprint removed causes major glitches the phone freezes up constantly. i called so many times to resolve the issue they offered me nothing to fix the issues. they claim there network is within one percent of the other network, thats a joke there excuse to me for removing all these features is because the network cant handle them. all there commercials are major false advertisement. they are being aloud to screw millions of people.
