Why I will never use Sprint

I have been trying to release a phone number TO a another person's Sprint account for a couple weeks now. What a nightmare. They got the company name wrong, they got the address wrong, they miss matched the transfer time with the parent carrier. To top it off EVERY agent I talked to was in a foreign country and spoke very poor English. Now they say it will take 8 more days, what a surprise. Here's a novel idea, if you're going to do business in the USA hire techs in the USA. Say what you want about Verizon but I have had them for years. Every tech I've talked to at Verizon was in the USA and solved my issues well.
