Worst Customer Service EVER!!!!!!

This was the worst customer experience that I ever had!!!! Talked to 3 different people and got 3 different answers. Someone from the actual Sprint store had to tell the "Finance" rep the actual way the contract works, he was even frustrated. Worst customer experience I have ever had, just paid the bill "even though it was wrong" just so I do not have to deal with them anymore!!!!!!!
