Sprint sucks! Example: Sears broken washing machine
Sprint customer service is terrible! I recently went to Mexico and called ahead for an international plan. The person talk to me about using my iPad instead because it would work better. But because Sprint service is so horrible I was not able to communicate and thought it was the Wi-Fi. I then used my cell phone to try to communicate with my family and nothing was working. When I returned home, our five phone still did not communicate to each other. So for my bad service Sprint was kind enough to bill me 80 additional dollars and when I called in to ask for them to take it off of my bill they gave me a $25 credit. Something wrong there. Horrible service but I have to pay for it? Beware! This isn't the first time
