customer service - pixel phone

Alright, to be honest I don't even know where to begin. I have went into 2 different sprint stores today trying to get a simple answer to my question. Sadly, no one has been any help. Tried calling customer service and there is no option that relates to my question. All I want is to be able to talk to a human, but there is no option for that of course. The question I had was how exactly the process works for me trying to get the Pixel phone, since sprint stores do not sell it. I know that I can order it from Google themselves, and that sprint will support the phone, but since I am eligible for an upgrade, does my upgrade cover this? Do I turn in my current phone? But, no help, from anyone. I am absolutely fed up with it and sadly, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Thanks.
