I am not sure if this is the right site to vent out about sprint . I have been a customer for YEARS. I got a Note 3 from sprint as I was due to for an upgrade, the representative at Sprint store convinced me to get the Framily Plan they are currently promoting and I did the guy told me that he was going to add his next customer that came in to sign for Sprint services which never happened. Honestly i did not care at the time. Two weeks after i started noticing that my phone was acting up and kept getting error messages. On 07/07/2014 I went to the Sprint store to have the phone serviced as it was driving me crazy and Carolin the Technician at the store took a look of my brand new phone and was able to see the error messages and I had also shown her the screen shots that I%u2019ve had taken of the problems I was having. She then said that she had to order me a new phone, almost a week later I got the new phone and it was brand new even the tech was shocked to see that they had sent in a new phone and it seemed working fine, on 07/21/2014 I started getting the same problem I was having with the previous one, I then called Sprint and spent more than an hour on the phone for them trying to trouble shoot and then I was told that I needed take it back to the store that I had gotten it from, and the same technician Carolin and took at look at the account notes and ordered me another phone and had to wait another week while having the same issues that I had been experiencing and had no choice but to wait. This time they sent me a refurbished phone and I asked her why was I getting a refurbished and she said they will usually do that. I was angry but again I had no choice but to get it. On 07/28/2014 I called Sprint spent close to two hours on the phone for the technician trying to trouble shoot it and was not able and she then said that she needed to escalate my call to a higher end technician and she did the guy tried to do the same thing the previous one had and still was not able to fix it and then he said that he had did everything that he was trained for and that it was not going to resolve my problem. He then asked for me to take it back to the store that I had gotten it from and I called before arriving at the store and spoke to an Alan and he said that since it was my fourth phone that I needed to pay a $25.00 dollars and he was not able to override the system I was furious and told him that I was going to stop by the store by the weekend. On 08/05/2014 I went to the store in Culver city they questioned me like they all had asking the same questions and there was a guy by the name of Mathew that helped me and asked what were the problems I was having and I started showing the screen shots and started playing with the phone and he could not get it to the 4GLTE and then he took the battery out and said that maybe the SIM card could be the problem and he verified it against their system and he then mentioned that yes in fact that was the problem that they had forgotten to add the new SIM card number to my account and that was the reason I kept getting the error messages. I am Irritated as now I have a refurbished phone and not a new one and to make matters worst I%u2019ve lost pictures of my premature baby born at 23 weeks that I had as Sprint kept trouble shooting my phone and resetting it back to manufactures specs. I have about 6 lines that I considering canceling due to this matter.
