DO NOT SWITCH TO SPRINT!!! Big mistake

TERRIBLE!! I hate this service. I would never recommend this phone company to anyone! This phone company is ridiculous and bullshit. They have conned me not once but twice. They tell me lies and later in the future I suffer the consequences! I never knew how bad there Internet was till I did not have wifi in my home. Every time I went out of town I had zero service. I switched from Verizon thinking it would be cheaper, but I rather pay Verizon the same amount but for a better faster phone. Customer service is rude and they do not know how to do their job. I called upset and the dumbass lady hung up on me. I'm trying to cancel my service makes it really difficult. Why couldn't it be this complicated when I was signing up? I hate this phone company I have so much hatred toward it I hope in the future they no longer have business. I will make sure this company hears my rath and fix there problem before I do and make sure no new person every walks through sprint doors AGAIN!
