Liars and thieves - lg v20 phone

This company has the worst cell coverage..And when they tell you that you can return your phones and get your money back, it's not true! They have lied to us, and given us the run around. Their employees at the stores, and the phone agents have treated us rudely, and not been forthcoming with the information we needed to know. Worst experience dealing with a phone company ever! I will be telling everyone I know how horrible this company treated us, and how lousy their coverage is. I don't want anyone else to get ripped off like we did!
