Sprint Coverage Deceiving - Sprint Cell Phone Coverage


Switched from US Cellular to Sprint since my son was going to college in NY. I specifically asked Sprint rep if the coverage wasn't up to par what we could do and was told we could end. Well sure enough the coverage was terrible. I even contacted Sprint and provided a solution (the college had already worked with ATT and Verizon for campus wide coverage). Needless to say Sprint did nothing so we put up with dropped calls, my son having to go outside to try to find coverage to talk. We then switched to ATT because of poor service two months before the expiration of our contract (so my son could have a new phone when he returned to college) and they still charged us $451 in early termination fees despite several calls to them to argue the point that the only reason we were switching was because of their poor coverage/service!
