Sprint Customer Support is Horrible - Phone service


Sprint doesn't not value customer service or support. They have overcharged me the past 2 months and charged my for expensive devices that have already been paid for. After HOURS of talking to representatives that cannot help, I was transferred to other agents that could not help. I was on the phone for over 2 hours taking care of my bill and then had to go through the same process the following month. No one know what is going on or how to resolve any issues with billing. They are unable and unwilling to help. I am so sick of this service and lack of customer service.
