Sprint - framily plan - billed as one account not separate bills


I have been with Sprint for years and decided to take advantage of the Framily plan. I added several friends and family members to the account and gave them the special code to add them but the agent signed up each person as part of the same account instead of as individual accounts. Specifically 2 people failed to pay their bill and now my cell phones have been disconnected and I have racked up an enormous bill based on someone else's failure to pay. Unfortunately, I have been left with no choice but seek another form of communication. If this can be resolved, I would return to Sprint.
