TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - Customer service problems

just a normal customer going to sprint for an upgrade for the new iPhone 6. The customer service representives tell me they do not have in the iPhone 6s in stock and that I am going To have to come in 1-2weeks. It's been a month and a half now and I'm still waiting for an upgrade and now in December the same customer representives wanna tell me "we don't sell them in stores" how is this customer service???! This is terrible, I am not naming any names just saying the sprint store in Marlborough needs to step up. And I am not the only one who is upset. This place sucks ..
