This provider has HORRIBLE Customer Support - Sprint Customer Support is Customer "NON-Support"


As a 15 year Sprint Customer I realize what a horrible company they are and will NEVER RECOMMEND OR GO BACK TO SPRINT AGAIN. Situtation: Customer Service is horrible!!! They waste your time giving run around on matters they have no intention of resolving in a reasonable manner. Took several days, e.g. follow up phone calls to cust service, and waited on phone for extraordinary length of time just to learn, at supervisor level, they have no intention to do anything about my complaint. My matter involved inquiry about $50 "early" termination fee that they tacked on to my final bill after I switched my service to another carrier (which I requested they explain/waive/credit). I had been a loyal customer for 15 years, always purchase phones full price and never changed my cell plan or service agreement. Only learning they put me on a 2 yr service agreement 22 months ago when I went into a Sprint store to purchase a phone at "full price" (after my old fashion NON smart phone was damaged). While the matter involved only $50 I am appalled by the way customer service personnel seem to be prepared upfront that the inquiry will leave the customer angry (they were not honest upfront about the company position or agenda regarding the handling of customers) They wasted alot of my time hanging on the phone or saying they will respond within 48 hrs then never do, when the fact of the matter is that they are losing business for a mulitude of reasons (poor cell service, products, non competitive service plans, and customer support). Their final response was "You owe us $50" we have your signature on a document from when you purchased your last phone 22 months ago. You are 2 mon shy of the end of this contract and we don't care about your prior loyalty. We'll send you the document" They will automatically lock you out of their online community so you cannot post an honest review of your experience. They are the sore "loser" the battle between the mobile providers and deservedly so!!! I strongly recommend "against" doing business with this company and my anger on the matter is such that I felt the need to post this complaint when normally I an not incline to do things of this sort.
